NAI Pfefferle Recognized in Every of CoStar PowerBroker Q1 2026 Quarterly Deals Awards

NAI Pfefferle, one of Wisconsin’s largest commercial real estate firms, is proud to announce that its brokers have been recognized in every category of the CoStar Group PowerBroker Q1 2026 Quarterly Deals Awards.

The CoStar Group PowerBroker Quarterly Deals Awards recognize the top commercial real estate transactions and the brokers behind them in markets across the United States. NAI Pfefferle was named to the Q1 2026 winners list in the categories of Top Industrial Leasing, Top Retail Leasing, Top Office Leasing and Top Sales Deals.

In the Top Industrial Leasing category, James Wheeler, CCIM, represented the landlord in the 20,000-square-foot industrial lease to The Harlan Company in the Green Bay industrial submarket. In the Sheboygan Industrial submarket,

Dane Checolinski and Tom Fisk represented the landlord in two 50,400-square-foot industrial leases, one to CED and one to Nuova Simplast.

Nick Salm and Adam Figurin were recognized for the Top Retail Leasing category. They represented the landlord in the 20,000-square-foot retail lease to The Pad in the Outagamie County submarket.

The Top Office Leasing category recognized Teresa Knuth for her landlord representation work on a 4,050 square foot lease to Core BTS in the Outagamie County submarket.

And in the Top Sales category, Elizabeth Ringgold and Nick Salm were recognized for their representation of the seller, while Tom Fisk represented the buyer, in the $3,250,000 sale of a multi-property portfolio in the Outagamie County submarket. Additionally, T.J. Morice and Jonathan Glassco represented the seller in the approximately $2,600,000 sale of an industrial property in the Outagamie County industrial submarket.
