NAI Pfefferle, one of Wisconsin’s largest commercial real estate firms, is excited to announce its Q1 2026 Brokers of the Quarter. The firm has offices in Appleton, Green Bay, Milwaukee, Sheboygan and Wausau with more than 30 licensed brokers across the state.
The top brokers across the company during the past quarter include T.J. Morice, Jonathan Glassco and Nick Salm. The recognition is based upon completed transactions conducted during the quarter.
Placing first this quarter was T.J. Morice, Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor. Based in the Wausau office, he competed numerous transactions last quarter including the approximately $2,600,000 sale of an industrial property in the Outagamie County.
Second place was awarded to Jonathan Glassco, Partner and Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor in the Appleton office. During the past quarter he completed transactions including partnering with Morice on the seller representation of the an industrial property in the Outagamie County.
Third place was awarded to Nick Salm, a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor in the Appleton office. Over the past quarter he was a part of transactions including representing the landlord in the 20,000 square foot retail lease to The Pad in Outagamie County.
