He also invests in real estate, having purchased several single-family rental properties, a multi-family investment property, and two commercial properties.

Before shifting into real estate, Gregory spent 3.5 years at Schneider National, where he honed his sales and client management skills. He then worked for one of the world’s largest and most well-respected companies, UPS, as a freight sales account executive, achieving World of Champion status for ranking among the top 11% of revenue producers company-wide. Most recently, he was a multi-unit franchisee of Monk’s Bar & Grill and owner-operated multiple locations throughout Wisconsin.

Gregory began his career in commercial real estate sales in 2023 when he joined NAI Pfefferle. Since then, he has worked with a diverse range of clients in the medical, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors, as well as assisting several national brands in securing real estate locations. Trudy Morice embarked on her professional journey with NAI Pfefferle in February 2021, where she is a licensed broker assistant in the Wausau office. In her role, Trudy designs profile sheets, manages listings on platforms like CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi and MLS websites, acquires comparable property data, assists brokers in assembling proposals and broker opinions of value (BOV’s) and also handles various miscellaneous projects as required.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Trudy worked as the student ministries operations director for nine years at Highland Community Church. She also has experience in human resources, payroll and benefits administration.
