Sam Hoheisel specializes in investment sales and the leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. With a strong background in market analysis and
client advisory, Sam helps investors, owners, and tenants identify opportunities that align with their long-term goals.

Before joining NAI Pfefferle, Sam began his commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in Milwaukee, where he focused on industrial investment sales. During his time there, he gained valuable experience in property valuation, transaction management, and market strategy—all of which contribute to his results-driven and client-focused approach today.

Sam earned his degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, completing a double major in Business Administration and Real Estate Property Management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, as well as traveling.
