The CoStar PowerBroker Quarterly Deals Awards honor the top commercial real estate transactions and the brokers behind them in markets across the United States. NAI Pfefferle brokers earned recognition in Top Sales, Top Retail Leasing, Top Industrial Leasing, and Top Office Leasing for Q2 2026.

In the Top Sales category, Amy Oelhafen and Nick Schmidt were recognized for their representation in the sale of the 59,010‑square‑foot US Venture headquarters office building, a landmark transaction in the Outagamie County submarket.

The Top Retail Leasing category recognized Elizabeth Ringgold for her landlord representation in the 6,264‑square‑foot lease to Odyssey Dance at 2021 N. Casaloma Drive in Appleton, located in the Outagamie County submarket.

In the Top Industrial Leasing category, Tom Fisk and Eileen Pounds, earned recognition for their landlord representation in the 36,233‑square‑foot industrial lease to SRS Distribution at 2330 Pamperin Road in Green Bay, within the Green Bay industrial submarket.

The Top Office Leasing category honored Greg Landwehr, SIOR, for his representation of the landlord in the 3,000‑square‑foot lease to Foxgate Technology Group at 563 Carter Court in Kimberly, part of the Outagamie County submarket.
