Hans Zietlow
Career Summary
Hans Zietlow brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Pfefferle, with a proven track record in brokerage, development, and strategic growth planning. After spending his early years in Alaska, Hans returned to Wisconsin in the late 1990s to help expand his family’s business. As Director of Real Estate for two decades, he spearheaded a comprehensive growth strategy—acquiring and entitling over 600 new convenience store sites and purchasing more than 100 existing properties. He also oversaw the development of Northwest Investments, guiding large-scale land developments, subdivisions, and commercial centers across several hundred acres.
In addition to his brokerage career, Hans has served for the past decade as a director and executive board chair of Home Federal Savings Bank (now part of Alerus Bank), where his expertise in industrial and investment real estate proved invaluable in evaluating complex financial and property dynamics.
With extensive experience in commercial, industrial, retail, subdivisions, and entitlement work, Hans has successfully completed projects throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Though he once considered early retirement, his passion for real estate continues to drive him. Now, as part of NAI Pfefferle’s statewide team, Hans looks forward to leveraging his knowledge, connections, and enthusiasm to deliver value to clients and contribute to the firm’s success.
